Shipping Policy
We deliver throughout Denmark.
Delivery takes place with PostNord or Bike to homes or offices.
Orders received by PostNord are sent the following weekday.
Shipments to the rest of Denmark will be delivered 1-3 working days after ordering.
We deliver with bicycle for free and directly to the homes or offices in the post numbers 1000-2500.
We deliver 4 days of the week:
Mondays to Thursdays from 17.30 to 20.00
Friday or Saturdays on special demand and quantity. For more information, write to contact@labotiga.dk
Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering, unless otherwise agreed.
If delivery is ordered to the delivery point and there is no space at the delivery point, your package will be moved to the nearest delivery point. You will be informed about this via the shipping company. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of a placed order, please contact the respective shipping company's customer service.
Shipping prices
Shipping prices from DKK 75. If you buy wine or other for products for more than DKK 600 is without cost of shipping.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@labotiga.dk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We do not return food. Other, and intact, products, unopened and in original packaging can be returned until 30 days after delivery, and we will refund the full amount. We do not refund used products. You are responsible for the costs of the return shipment.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If you wish to make use of your return and cancellation period, you must notify us within 30 days of receipt. Hereafter, the product must be shipped back to us within 30 days after the notification. As soon as the product is delivered or we have proof that the product has been shipped back to us, we will refund the amount of the product.
You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment if you want to return.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
