Prices
Reservations are made for any errors in stated prices as well as sold-out items. Furthermore, La Botiga EvS reserves the right to change prices without prior consent. All prices include 25% of Danish VAT and the prices are in DKK because we only sell to Denmark.
Payment
Payment is accepted with VISA-Dankort, VISA and Mastercard, Mobilepay Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in Danish kroner and include VAT.
Delivery
We deliver throughout Denmark.
Delivery takes place with Postnord or Bicycle.
Shipments to the rest of Denmark will be delivered 1-3 working days after ordering.
Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering, unless otherwise agreed.
If delivery is ordered to the delivery point and there is no space at the delivery point, your package will be moved to the nearest delivery point. You will be informed about this via the shipping company. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of a placed order, please contact the respective shipping company's customer service.
Shipping prices
Shipping prices from DKK 75. If you buy wine or other for products for more than DKK 600 is without cost of shipping.
Local Delivery is free, is delivered by Bike to homes or offices.
Right of complaint
A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or manufacturing. You can have the item exchanged, the money returned or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect handling of the item. You must complain in a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect / error (reasonable time, which is within 2 months after the error or defect has been established & 14 days right of withdrawal). Shipments are not received per. cash on delivery.
Refund
In the case of a refund, please enclose bank information in the form of reg. No. and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. The information can be provided without risk per. mail or other electronic form as it does not constitute sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfilment of the refund.
Return policy
According to the Consumer Contracts Act, beverages are not covered by the right of return. However, La Botiga EvS has chosen to provide the extra service of giving our customers a 14-day exchange right from the time you as a customer receive the wine. You can choose to exchange the wine for another wine at La Botiga EvS or get your money back, excluding all delivery costs.
If you want to return an item, you must agree it with us beforehand. You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs of returning. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation or invoice.
Upon return, you are responsible for the item being packed properly. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item until we have received it back. The returned wine must be in the same condition as on delivery.
Pre-sold wines are not returned and are not exchanged. You can not undo an order by simply refusing to receive the item. We do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery.
Age restriction on the sale of alcohol
Iflg. According to Danish law, persons must be at least 18 years old to buy alcohol over 16.5%. For the purchase of alcohol below 16.5%, the person must be 16 years of age or older. La Botiga EvS only sells wine and spirits to people over the age of 18 and by accepting terms of service, the buyer agrees to be 18 years or over of age, you will be asked on this website to accept the therms before a purchase can be completed. We further reserve the right to request the presentation of a valid photo ID as age documentation in case of doubt.
We follow the Danish legislation regarding the sale of alcohol.
